Stage A would be G1. Stage B would be S because during stage A you have 10 DNA pictograms and during stage B you have 20. This is showing DNA replication. Stage C would be anaphase because you have twice as many chromosomes than before. During stage D it is now telephase because the cell volume drops back down to 3,000. Now both DNA pictograms and chromosomes drop back down to 10 because the cell splits.
Stage B- Metaphase because during this phase chromosomes become aligned in the middle of the cell.
